I LOVE this product, definitely helps my immune system when needed. I take on occasion and it truly works. This is coming from a medical professional. Unexpected effects
Since COVID-19, we've been so careful, wearing masks constantly in public, so we never tested positive. But I think because we have been so careful, so our immune system didn't have anything to fight off making us vulnerable to regular colds. My husband and I used to only catch cold maybe every two or even three years. But in the past two years we've share three mild but uncomfortable colds.Anyway, I thought I'd try this to boost my immunity. It had immediate unexpected effects, creating low tolerance to alcohol. I enjoy a glass of wine or two every night. But since taking this, wine makes me nauseous, so I can't drink more than about 6 ounces, which is a good thing. I'll finish out the one week pack that I purchased and probably re-order every two months or so.
