Cool an gross. Blackheads are inserts that go into the skin-like base. It's fun, but it's not really like popping a pimple, it's like squeezing out hard black-heads. Fun, but not 100% what I wanted. I give it 4.5 stars instead of a full five. Still, great value for the money, and although my wife won't ADMIT to liking it, it keeps her away from my back, which makes it a net-positive. Glad to have it and won't be returning it, even if it wasn't an absolutely perfect fit for what I was looking for.

If I could give this no stars I would. Very cheaply made and not satisfying to play with like they claim it to be. Kinda disappointed honestly.

It’s a fun idea, but the blackheads feel more like tiny nail-like pieces instead of realistic pimples, which makes it a little weird to pop. The twister tool that comes with it doesn’t really grip or pull the blackheads out well, so it’s hard to use. It’s okay for a quick laugh or stress relief, but not very satisfying overall.

I thought the fake black heads would be a softer material, but they are short rods of steel. They are hard to pull out and there is no satisfaction in doing so. I think I will surreptitiously leave it in my dermatologist's exam room.

I love this item. I bought it for myself as a gag gift and now I sit on the toilet for hours and play with this.
