Does this work for Feline Acne?

I don't know if it works on feline acne but it is worth giving it a try before taking your cat to the vet. I use it on my dag for a skin problem and it works. It can take up to two weeks to see the positive results. Be sure to get the HC1% in the pink bottle. There is a HC 0.5% in a purple bottle, which depending on your issue may also work, but the HC1% is definitely more affective. If all else fails take your animal to the vet.

Someone said on here that you now receive a purple tube with only .05% hydrocorizone. Is this true?

Because the cream contains steroids, my doctor says I should cover my hand before I apply it. I slip my hand into a sandwich bag and put a rubber band around my wrist. I'm treating a very itchy area on the front of each of my large dog's front legs (the itchy area on each leg measures about 8" by 2"). For each leg, I put a pea-sized dot on the sandwich bag near my fingertips. I just rub the cream into my dog's leg and then sit with him for several minutes to be sure that he doesn't lick the cream off. To control the severe itching on my dog's front legs, I need to use the cream twice a day.

Can you use this on a burn?

I used it on my cats ears after some skin irrational- but for a burn - I am sorry I would suggest contacting a vet.
