It'll show up on a 'scope if there's no load, probably as a sequence of quick impulses with a decaying "ring", it's nowhere near as bad as a typical cheap switched PSU and any kind of load capacitance should mop it up. If you mean audible noise, it has a fan but that only comes on when it's hot. Without the fan running it's effectively silent, though some switching PSUs can emit a whistle at the switching frequency, if you get one with something physically able to vibrate inside and your ears are up to hearing that.
