There is a valve stem at the bottom of the tank. As I recall, I brought the pressure up to 40 lbs. The bracket I used was called Hydro Claw, by storm king. Its not cheap at about $35 to $40, but it is a well made, heavy duty bracket. Very nice looking install. Even my plumber buddies are very impressed! Highly recomend. Good luck, and stay safe.
