That annoys me.- "Tear here" arrows but I'll be dern if I can tear it. Had to cut openI'm not going to be buying these again. As a camper and prepper, I need to know expiration dates. As a consumer in general, I don't trust coded dates.Ok on to the product itself. The bacon is little tiny bits, not just added bacon flavor. It's not a strong cheese flavor but it's recognizable. I got no bacon flavor at all but I still enjoyed nibbling on the bits. Kind of like I enjoy strawberry seeds.The thing is, the final flavor note is sort of smoky and it lasts so long I have to classify it as an aftertaste - and I really liked it.I did not care for the mouth feel while swallowing. It had a bit of an oily quality to it.
