They have a website with awesome demo videos. I ended up getting the Gitta Friend since I didn't want a huge bag to carry and was thankful that it fit all my backup items with room to spare!! This one was advertised as " mid or medium sized."I LOVE the fold out changing pad and used it for the first time this week in a public restroom. Having the zipper function and being able to whip out the folding changing pad and back in with one hand is critical!! Everything is useful and my items are all organized.Straps are simple but comfortable and the bag is quite light and waterproof. I like how they have two options for stroller clips and two options for wear (backpack or shoulder bag).
