These are a life saver for those who are gluten-free. The flavor is very good, but could be improved in our opinion. Like most gluten free products, such as flours, these tend to be dryer, making it more difficult to bind together for things such as a crust. You just have to use a binder of choice to accomplish what you need. We use the crumbs for making a graham cracker crust for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, and lemon ice box pies and bars. It’s also good used in making a crumble to top puddings, cobblers, pies, cakes, desert bars or deep dish deserts. I use it to make pumpkin balls, Bon bons, and a homemade version of peanut butter cups. We use the crackers for the bottom of banana supreme, chocolate delight, and of course, s’mores! Our kids never feel like they are missing out on anything at socials, being gluten free, thanks to Kinnikinnick products!!! This is an authentic review. My family appreciate the flavor and texture. The crust comes out every time when making NY style cheese cake. Tasty even for the non gluten people. I have no complaints. Other brands do not taste as good.

This is my go to ingredient for cheesecake crust (Allrecipes recipe). Most people who aren't gluten free can't taste the difference. To be fair, the cheesecake part of the recipe is Junior's so no normal person is gonna focus on the crust, right?! :)

I am gluten and dairy free. I make pie crust with this and a dairy-free butter. Then I add fillings like pumpkin, cherries, apples or peaches. I’m not left out at dessert time any more. 😊
