Can you reach inside them? I mean to get something from very bottom?

You can take the whole pocket out if needed. It's just a plastic pocket that slides into the door and fits in very tightly. If you have something small in there you can't reach, you could pop it out and just turn it upside down. Made a great addition to my girl.
