I am very thankful that there are 2 handsets because while the battery life is very good, it’s not going to last an 8 hour day being constantly on. So about 4-5 hours in I have to swap out the phones. But considering the phones are on speaker for the entirety of the day, it’s pretty good battery performance. The sound quality is also very good. I am having to use my cell phone for incoming call training (since the company set it up this way) but once that is complete I plan to switch over to the phone line these phones are attached to. I have been told that I come in very clear and with good volume while on speaker, which is a relief because otherwise I would have to buy another phone that was headset compatible. Speaker & mute work very well and the ringer volume control is also a nice feature. I haven’t used all the features because I don’t need to. It’s a good phone if you want a simple use phone with a few extra bells & whistles.
