Hello, the Velcro of this hip thrust pad is easy to fasten and tight. This design allows you to not need to take additional Velcro strips.

Does it roll,when doing hip trust. I hate that.

Hi, it won't roll when you do hip thrust. Different from the normal pads, this pad is specially designed to be square and ergonomic, avoid rolling when doing hip thrust. Just place order and try the style.
