Good Quality, but a Little Fragile
I’ve been using this rice paper for spring rolls, and overall, it’s great. The texture is nice, and it holds up well when wrapped around fillings. It’s easy to work with once you get the hang of soaking it, and the taste is mild, which lets the fillings shine. My only issue is that it’s a bit fragile and can tear easily if not handled carefully, especially when it’s freshly soaked. Still, it’s a solid choice, and I’ll definitely keep using it!

Easily break…
I used to love this product, but the 2 packs I’ve ordered here in Amazon breaks easily, or should I say there’s already cracks.. probably from the way they packed the item as well as handling it.

Great for Vietnamese spring rolls!
Fantastic quality, my wife has used them to make healthy Vietnamese spring rolls which are loaded and quite thick in diameter, yet these wrappers keep everything held together perfectly! Very nice texture as well.

Good quality rice paper. Easy to use, doesn't break so easily
Been using this for ages... love this brand to make summer rolls. Just wet the paper and start filling and rolling

I am coeliac and have not had a reaction using these. Makes lovely spring rolls, samosas and apple pie rolls in the air fryer. Super easy to use.

After Visting Vietnam we wanted to try and in some small way recreate some of the dishes we had there such as Nem Lui in Hue.. These "fresh" style spring rolls can just easily be rolled with any filling you want such as cooked meat, lettice, cucumber and dipped into a nice peanut sauce or sweet chilli dipping sauce. Can also be fried to make the sturdier cooked style spring rolls. Overall very happy and a good quality.

Love this for fresh spring rolls. Can’t always find them in grocery store.

Picture is the result of fiddling around with how to use the wraps the instructions don't bring much success. The product was Delivered on time , very pleased with the quality,I lost two packs listening to the instructions. Then I did it my own way, being Wheat and Gluten free both me and my sister are used to finding ways around problems with instructions. First of all we spread the rice wrap with water on my hand , then attached it to another wrap, using only one wrap made it flimsy, it looked like a cooked boiled vegitable sausage, After putting two pieces of wrap together , it worked great, then we put the filling in which was precooked and cooled , then we wrapped as shown via a Chinese spring roll recipe on You Tube. The first one I cooked didn't brown and looked and unapatising, although it tasted good. The second one my sister said to try and give it an egg wash, then I put it in the wock with hot oil in and it worked great. As you can see , They are crispy like the Chinese ones ,golden and tasted the same . We will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Lots of fun creating different spring rolls. My trick is to hold the sheet under the tap briefly until each side is wet, then place on a plate. It will still be hardish but by the time you have put your ingredients on top it will have absorbed the water and you can roll it up as usual. I've tried dunking them in a bowl of water until soft as it says on the packet but once soft the paper sticks to itself and becomes much too difficult to handle..... for me anyway!
