A recent MRI showed I had tendon inflammation in both feet and my doctor could not find the cause for it. I started taking this supplement once a day and did not get immediate relief. After reading lots of reviews where people said they take more than one a day, I started taking three a day and noticed improvement within a couple days. I'm on day 4 of taking this supplement, three times a day, and I'm officially down to a level 2 (out of 10 being the worst) on the pain scale. This stuff is great and works fast!!
