I Love this so much

Decal was scratched, torn, and bubbly. This is the 2nd one I ordered in a week as the 1st decal came messed up too. My daughter loves The Flash so I reordered hoping the 2nd was better. Nope. Very unhappy. Poor quality control. Do not buy.
