After a few searches on line, I found out that this drive was the best model recommended to replace my factory one, so I went for it.As usual when buying drive on here or another platform, you have to be 100% sure you’re getting one really new and not seller refurbished. Some seller out there like to take old drives, erase them with a special tool that make them look like new, and of course will sell those to you pretending they are β€œnew”.Fortunately, this one was 100% genuine & new as stated in the listing. So, I was very happy with it. The drive even still has the original factory warranty, which is another clue to look for, to be sure you get a real new drive. Also, the replacement procedure of my TiVo drive with this one worked like a charm too, and I was able to get the unit back and running again. So far, the drive works without any troubles or errors.
