This whisk is fantastic for all types of sauce making. I make rouxs quite often and need a whisk that can easily pick up butter and flour the bottom of the pan. It cleans easily and I appreciate that it lies relatively flat in my drawer to maximize space. I only cook on stainless and cast iron so I cannot speak to its non-scratch capability on nonstick pans. Great value for money; so far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Not sure how I lived without a flat spatula. Effective tool when working outside of a bowl and on a flat surface such as a skillet.
