This book is so beautiful. From the message to the art work... just wow!! I have bought this book over 5 times. I have a copy for each of my kids and I have used the rest for babyshower gifts instead of a card. It makes the perfect bedtime story. My girls are 5 and 7 now and they really love this book. I even donated one to their headstart classroom. It makes the best gift even for a highschool student graduating. Like seriously, just buy it! Also, I believe it comes in different languages which personally think is AMAZING. I hope this author and artist continue to collab. I will buy them all!!!

"I Wish You Happiness" is a book full of beautiful illustrations. There is one sentence per page, each beginning with, "I wish you" followed by two words in different colors. The book and words remind me of greeting card expressions. Where I can see this book being most useful is for a replacement for greeting cards for things such as baby showers or birthdays. I could even see this book as being a nice keepsake for parents to give to their children for things such as Kindergarten graduation. There is not a story to this book, so it might not make a good read aloud for young children. The word choices in the book are way beyond the comprehension of young children. For example, aspirations, tranquility, and resilience would be very difficult to explain to young children and they probably would not sit still long enough to understand the meanings of the words. It would be a nice tool for teachers in classrooms for some vocabulary words. There are also famous people listed in the back of the book to show children different characters that were represented in the book. There is also a section on the different dogs pictured throughout the book. So in this way, there is an educational aspect to the book that would be beneficial to teachers as well as homeschoolers. I would recommend this book as a replacement for greeting cards for baby showers, birthdays or for Kindergarten graduation. Teachers and homeschoolers in early elementary grades may find the book useful as well.

I Wish You Happiness is a charming and delightful inspirational read by Michael Wong with magnificent illustrations by Ann Baratashvili. The message is uplifting and presented in a series of wishes to the reader. I enjoyed the cadence to each text message. Mr. Wong cleverly highlighted keep values (wishes) using different fonts or color to capture the reader’s attention. Ms. Baratashvili illustrations were spot on. I enjoyed her use of vivid colors or sot pastels. Each illustration captured the sentiment of the message. I also appreciated the inclusion of multi-ethnic children and children with special needs like the little girl in the wheelchair. I noticed the 18 different breeds of dogs in each picture; however, I did not notice the famous people hidden in the illustrations. This book is a great tool for teachers to use in teaching context clues. It will also make a wonderful gift for adults as they reach different milestones in life like, weddings, anniversaries, graduation, and even retirement.

This is a great little book with beautiful illustrations. I gave this to my granddaughter for her college graduation and she loves it. I highly recommend.

This is probably one of my favorite books that I’ve purchased for my granddaughter. Such a uplifting and sweet book I would highly suggest this.

I read this to my one-year-old son and he loved the pictures. The illustrations are bright, beautiful, and colorful. I recommend this to all parents to read with your little ones. I ended up buying the rest of the series.

Love positive messages💓 I also remind my kiddos (and myself!) that we cannot and should not expect all sunshine and rainbows, but it is good to count our blessings and learn from the hard times.

Inspiring book for children just to tell them that they are unconditionally loved. Enjoyable illustrations and also liked the titbits of information at the end of the book. Lovely book.
