Very mild onset, pleasant taste and they actually work! I’m prone to high stress (I mean, at this point we all are), I don’t have a ton of problems with sleep but I wake up at 2am - 4am most nights due to cortisol spikes. I started wearing Oura ring to track my sleep, noticed the issues and tried these gummies. My sleep stats improved immediately almost. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep and was able to get into a good sleep routine, which is essential for recovery! I love the smell and taste, lemon balm is truly calming and an active sedative so only take at night. This is my fourth or fifth reorder.

Perfect for anxiety. I would recommend Vitamin C for absorption, gummies aren't as potent compared to capsules BUT are price–friendly. For someone recovering from sleep deprivation, it does improve my mood—whether that's all mental or from Olly has yet to be tested. Yummy flavoring.

i was pleasantly surprised at how well these work. i was having constant chest pain/anxiety before, during, and even after work from being stuck in traffic and dealing with a high demand job. i tried breathing exercises/box 4 method/anything i could find on google that would supposedly help relieve anxiety. nothing worked. i take 2 of these gummies right before leaving for work and im as relaxed as can be. it mellows me out pretty good and maintains well throughout the day.

Didn’t work immediately, after continued use several days in a row I have noticed a significant difference. I’m able to fall asleep much quicker, I feel more mellow, and not as irritable. I have a 15 month old so I needed something to just help me relax a bit. Taste is nothing special but you get over it. Smell is eh, but you get over it. 4 stars because taste is icky and the price is higher than i want but I have noticed a positive difference in stress level!!!

I took 2 of these gummies late afternoon to relax a bit and found myself barely keeping my eyes open and had to take a nap which I am not a fan of in terms of needing to actually go to sleep for the night a few hours later. Hoping this was a fluke and I was tired for some other reason but just letting people know to start out with maybe 1 gummy first and she how it affects you. Was hoping to use these for stress relieft vs putting me to sleep at night which I have no problem doing. It needs to be marketed as a sleep aide primarily vs a stress relief.

Worth every penny, when is a calm sense of feeling I’m able to focus more and I also sleep with it says two gummy‘s per day. I take one with breakfast and the second one I take a little bit before bed.,

I like to take these when my PMS has me in a bad mood and I really think they help. They don’t make me sleepy just take the edge off a bit especially if I have it with a nice cup of herbal tea.

De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila. Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto. Si las recomiendo.
