**Q: Will the headset work with Audacity voice recording software?**
A: This headset does not work pretty much at all... I can hear but nobody can hear me. Wasted $100. Bought a different brand, which works great. I do not recommend this headset for any reason.  I tried it for 4 days, hoping it would get better... now sits in a drawer

**Q: Can the volume of the sidetone be adjusted?**
A: It can't at this time, there's only one level of sidetone. Maybe in the future if software is added the sidetone will be able to be controlled.

**Q: Is it plug and play or l need to set drivers? I ask because I work for Amzon and computers don't allow to install anything!!!**
