The CFO 210 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5 and lower and women's shoe sizes 4.5-7.5. The CFO 220 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5-8.5 and women's shoe sizes 8-10." So essentially, length is the difference. **Q: What does cf 330 mean is that a high arch ?** A: I don't know what that means I did a scan at a machine at CVS and this is what I was directed to buy. I do have a high arch so the answer may be yes. **Q: Which insert would you recommend for shin spleants?** A: I don't know if the inserts will help with shin splints, but they do helmp with bone spurs. If your podiatrist recommends them, Go to a Walmart that has a measuring scale. Take off your shoes and socks (or knee-hi's) and stand on the scale. The readout will tell you which insert will fit your foot, with the correct amount of arch support. Buy one at Walmart, if they have you size on hand. However, the one thing that should eventually be addressed is the "quality of glue" used for adhering the cover to the cushions. After having to switch the cushions back and forth along with daily use the cover begins to bubble up then peel off causing pain where the fabric balls up. This happens after about 3 months in, so you get plenty of GREAT relief for the money.
