It works perfectly and is a bit longer than other passive 40gbps cables. Note that such cables are inherently limited in length.

This is well made! Especially appealing is the slight extra length over the usual half meter in a passive cable. Will buy it again when I need more.

Received the cable recently and planned to use with my CalDigit USB C Pro Dock. Love the heavy quality of the cable itself. Works great.

Cable was exactly as described, is well built and performs perfectly. I have it connected from my iMac Pro to a Lacie 2Big Thunderbolt 3 2 Disk Array. Maintains the 40G/s Thunderbolt 3 speed even at its 2M length. Order was Fulfilled by Amazon and was delivered under Prime. Cables are notoriously expensive but given that a .5 meter from Apple is $39.95, $49.95 for this 2M cable is not bad especially considering shipping included, and the overall build quality. All of that considered makes it a good value in my opinion. I did not have to use tech support - but seeing as I did not have to, that is a 5 in my book.
