H.E.L.P. Magic Slicing Knife - Right Hand

This is the best knife for slicing evenly and an excellent quality product. I have had one for years and it is still very sharp. My husband, who is blind, depends on the easy adjustable guide to slice thin or thick meats, vegetables, cheese, etc. We love it so much, that we bought his brother, who is also blind, one. Anyone would love the quality of this product.

I love this it cuts the food the exact size you want.

Cheap, not good quality!

I thought this knife could be for left or right hand. I’m left handed and can’t figure it out.

It is exactly what I was looking for.

Easy to use.

I plan to buy this knife. I have a similar one that I’ve been using on and off for decades, but I see that I haven’t been doing it right and so, abused it . I mainly want to cut very dense hard European salami and dry hams. I will update this review if / when. (The meats I’m talking about are: BENDE Teli Salami, Scout Sausage, Pork Loin ( smoked and partly dried) Hope this helps - so far. The Video was posted by “IV Dezigns” on YouTube.

Great for slicing bread, meats, and many vegetables. It struggles, though, with carrots and other hard veggies. But, all in all, a helpful tool.
