**Q: does those screws and cage nut feel solid?**
A: yes, they are very solid. These longer throw screws did the trick for some of my rack gear with thick front plates.

**Q: Are they 10/32 spec ?**
A: M6x16mm screws and cage nuts, diameter of screw is 16 millimeter,  around 3/5 inch,  4/5 inch long if include the screw head, diameter of the screw head is 1/2 inch, or 12 millimeter.

**Q: Are the nylon washers available seperately?  They are most subjecty to wear, the nuts and bolts proper are adequately durable.**
