I’ve been using this massage roller after work and workouts and it feels really good on sore muscles. The different textured areas give a nice amount of pressure without being too uncomfortable. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the size makes it convenient to use on my legs, back, and shoulders. Definitely a nice thing to have at home for muscle soreness.

Not to be overly dramatic but I absolutely love this roller. No one is paying me to say this. I have a black regular sized foam roller that I have had for years. I needed something small and more effective so I read some reviews and decided to order this roller. I am so happy I did. I used it mostly on my legs from hip to ankle. Sometimes I use it on my back. It is a good size and weight to stick in my suitcase!

Well made and overall I’m happy but wish it was 3-4 inches wider. Great for hamstrings, shoulder kinks and glutes.

This is excellent quality and super durable. It still seems brand new after years of consistent use. I expected the foam to be spongier, but it's actually for the best that it's so firm because it's easier to control. Although the spikes look a bit intimidating, the surface feels surprisingly even when I'm rolling flat, and I can also target specific spots simply by adjusting my position. By turning my torso to the side while rolling my back, I can even work the knots under my shoulder blades, which is fantastic since that's mainly why I bought this. It's also proven quite effective at relieving tightness and cramps I often experience due to Restless Legs Syndrome. Rolling my calves and thighs before bed really relaxes my legs, which helps me fall asleep much faster and wake up without soreness. My best friend owns one too and swears by it after vigorous workouts. It can even be used purely for pleasure, as the massage function feels enjoyable all around. Best of all, there are plenty of ways to utilize it regardless of one's fitness level. I have poor upper body strength but still found many easy exercises that alleviate my back and leg issues. There are tons of great guides online. I suggest securing loose clothing and long hair beforehand, and I'd also recommend starting slow and taking care not to overdo it. This is an extremely versatile and valuable tool when used in moderation, but going too long or hard, especially on a single area, can result in bruising. Once I began limiting sessions to 15 minutes, I had no further issues. My only complaint is the length. I'm a woman with a small frame, and this is the same size as my upper back from shoulder to shoulder. I struggle to stay perfectly straight while rolling my back, so I start falling off the side as soon as I become crooked. With a few extra inches of leeway, I wouldn't have to stop and reposition so often. That's just a matter of convenience though. A longer model wouldn't be any more effective, and I don't plan on replacing this one until absolutely necessary because I'm so satisfied with it otherwise.

This foam roller has been a great addition to my recovery routine. The medium density is firm enough to work out tight muscles, but it’s not so hard that it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ve used it on my back, calves, quads, and hamstrings after workouts, and it helps loosen things up and reduce soreness. It holds its shape well and doesn’t flatten, even with regular use. The size is also convenient. It’s easy to store, lightweight enough to take to the gym, and works well for both stretching and myofascial release. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made foam roller that does exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely recommend it if you want an effective recovery tool without spending a lot.

I weigh over 225 and use it on the ground to roll out the upper back, so there is a lot of pressure on it and it feels good; however, while rolling out, it feels like it's going flat and I get the vibe it will continue to lose shape each use.

I absolutely LOVE this roller. I had a neon green one from this brand in 2017 for a few years. I used to exercise a LOT including running miles everyday. This roller helped with muscle soreness and tightness SO much. I used it mainly for my legs, hips and back. I loved it so much (and specifically the spine curve design) that I searched through my past orders to find it and reorder it. I even searched through many other brands and options before doing so. I just got it tonight (YAY) and used it for my upper back/shoulder area where I carry a lot of tension from stress. WOW. Immediate pain relief. I will say - if you’ve never used a roller like this before it may hurt at first if your muscles are very tight. After rolling back and forth a few times with some breaks in between you’ll start to feel better and be able to use it regularly. It CRACKS MY BACK like I went to a chiropractor. Loosens up all of the tension. Makes me breathing feel better (because of loosened up muscles that were way too tight), aligns my back, and feels GOOD. So very happy this product exists and I can use it again. It brings me so much happiness and peace not having to feel the constant pain in my upper back and shoulders. Plus as I start exercising again this will be even more useful. The foam is firm and held up for me for years. I only had to get a new one because I lost the other one in a move. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Good tool to relieve upper back pain. It is made of excellent hard rubber material with nice design.
