The other day my sticky key hook fell off the wall of our mud room/laundry room because it was over burdened, so I ordered this and so far I'm thrilled with it. It wasn't too difficult to hang and definitely looks like an upgrade from our old pathetic key hook. I love the little shelf that I find perfect for a succulent and a small scent diffuser, and the slot for incoming or outgoing mail or to store wedding or birthday invitations, graduation announcements and other stuff like that which would otherwise clutter up my kitchen counter. The hooks are solid and hold allllll the keys. I'll probably start hanging the dog leash and collar from one of the bigger hooks. If you're a whore for organization like I am who likes a little style as well, I can definitely recommend this, especially for the price.

I really like this shelf - it is decently made, cute, and is exactly what we needed for by our front door. However, the way you install it is similar to some picture frames - two of those keyholes on the back that you hang on two provided screws. This means that any time you remove keys or anything on a hook (like a purse), the shelf will try to lift off the wall and may even unhook from the screw. To prevent this, we had to use extra screws to properly fasten it against the wall. Keep this in mind before you buy - to have any sort of stability when using this (and to keep it from literally falling off the wall when unhooking keys), you will have to use more hardware than is provided for installation.

Love this key and mail holder. It’s exactly like the pictures. Comes with mounting hardware so it’s ready to be mounted out of the box. It’s simple, stylish, made of real wood but light in weight. Hooks are already installed. I love the simplicity of this holder and that it has light jacket hooks and key holder hooks. This is a great Amazon find!

Not as good as on the picture, badly assembled, many scratches and doesn't look nice like on the picture.
