What colors are in the pack, the ones shown?

Yes I got the colors shown just not the exact amount. Like I got 3 grey,2 black,2green,2blue and 1 red but I’m fine with that 🤷🏽♂️

How do these fit? I'm more of a 34-36 and not sure which size (m or L) to get.

A large would work for you but if you really looking for a tight fit them medium. My husband is size 34 and I bought medium for him. It fits really nice.
