These are so cute on top of cakes. And would be wonderful for the type of displays like miniature houses and dioramas. It was a nice surprise that they actually light up and make a sound.

All items are well made. The laptop, tablet and smart phone work with 12" scale and are metal. The smart phone could work with a bit larger sized doll. As a 35mm, the camera is more 1:4, or taller than 12" doll. unless your doll is a pro and using a larger format camera. Most larger format cameras are vertical but there are larger formats that look like this. The lap top doesn't want to stay open, but would if leaning against a wall or something behind it.

I used these, as others have, as cake decorations for a photographer in my life. These were the hit of the party! They are very detailed and i love the sound effects and the flash!! I placed them on plastic wrap so as not to get frosting in the cameras. That worked well. I was disappointed that in gently wiping the camera straps, one of them broke. Also, that same camera didn't make sounds, although it flashed. Otherwise they were perfect for my needs!

We got the personalized-photographer-cake topper on amazon along with these lil cameras, which made the cake look great. Someone said there was flash once u removed a little card in the back but I didn't see it and I don't have it anymore.
