Making It Easy for Patients to Say “Yes” reveals how to make case acceptance of complex care dentistry predictably successful. Its easy-to-read style and common sense approach to case acceptance has helped thousands of dentists increase their profitability and lowered their stress. The benefits from reading Making It Easy for Patients to Say “Yes” are:•Do more of the dentistry you love - Only after patients say “YES” can you use your clinical skills • Boost practice profitability - Successful case acceptance is a big part of practice prosperity and personal wealth •Create a successful case presentation process - Your team will OWN a case acceptance process that outlives any personnel changes •Enjoy greater confidence - By knowing how to talk about finances without angering or embarrassing patients, you’ll welcome the experience of offering complete care •Never sound or feel like a salesman - You’ll learn how to guide – not sell- dentistry, eliminating the fear of being diminished in the patient’s eyes Review: Game changing - I only recently realized that I have not written a review for this book. I have owned it for 15 years and read it through many times. I actually have given more copies away than I can remember. For me, this is the bible of dental patient care. My entire patient practice philosophy revolves around its teachings. Dr. Paul Homoly has been a mentor of mine since I was a young dentist and what he brings to dentistry is incredibly valuable. If you want to know how to connect and communicate effectively with your patients and help them get the care they deserve, you need to read this book. Me and my team train year round on its principles. Review: Very good read - I never write reviews but this book was full of good advice that I can’t wait to implement for my own practice and I found it on desertcart reading everyone else’s good reviews about it. I’ve bought a lot of books to try to help myself in the business side of dentistry but none has been as interesting, well thought out, and actually helpful as this book. Don’t think twice, just get it and read it and reread it.

Communication skills to build your leadership and professionalism
Dr Paul Homoly is a respected leader in the field of dentistry and professional education so it is natural that his book adds to any practitioner's experience in dealing with what can be a sensitive and challenging area of communication. This book gives the reader insight and communication skills to use in all areas of life--not just in the doctor/patient relationship. I purchased three copies so everyone on my team can learn from the pearls Paul shares on effective, open communication. I believe this will build a team that functions at a higher level as well as help us open doors to communication with our patients.

Educational and academic read
It’s very academic and educational too. I’m not on to dentistry but this book has helped or still helping to navigate many obstacles in closing my clients and how to perceived things from a different angle by implementing the chief marketing, the chief complaint, the chief success...... (only when you read it you will understand these words) that I started to grow my business and see things differently. Now I teach these things as my core value to my team and this book has become the go to for my research along other book such are friend to the author like “Becoming Remarkable” & “Marketing is Everything”. (Through these 2x books I stumbled this one) Note: If You are in dentistry business, then you must read this. If you are in freelancing or you are S/Biz owner “probably” you could take the plunge and buy this book if you are looking to change your core values.
