Nice variety of colors

Tubes are jumbled every which way upon arrival and those still in place are not in the order shown on the inside lid. After about 5 minutes, I have them in order. Looks like a nice set for the price but hope mfg can secure tube shipment in place and in oder.

Great set to try oil painting without spending a lot of money

Decided to try oil painting and absolutely love it. Was painting with acrylics before, but found that I love oil painting better. This paint set is a great way to try oil painting without spending a lot of money. Still learning to paint, it's only been 6 months or so since I started. The examples in photos will give you some idea of how some of the colors look. Definately recommend this set.

As far as Starter sets go…

These paints are pretty good. I started painting again after 30+ yrs. ( New Year’s resolution ) I always enjoyed painting in oils so when I decided to start painting again, I didn’t want to invest a whole lot of money ( in cases I sucked ! ) So I decided to just buy cheap starter sets. I have to admit , I’m doing quit well and this set is pretty good …well, atleast much better than the first couple sets ( 2 ) I bought. It has a good thickness n blends very well. I’ve bought this set twice now. Enjoy
