Great range of features and excellent energy savings
I bought this (after much research) because it offered a combination of combi, convection, dehydration, and several other functions. After many months of daily use I am extremely impressed. I don't have a microwave oven and this is an efficient way of reheating without loss of quality, but it also is a high quality small format home combi, as well as convection and top broil oven. It is less effective at conventional baking because it lacks a bottom element, but that's a minor shortcoming. I have used this and the Duxtop single burner induction to replace my gas/electric range during warmer months because the range heated up my apartment so much it overwhelmed my air conditioning. The only thing I use the range for in the summer is to bake bread early in the morning. I actually got a phone call from my energy utility saying they were going to send someone out to check my utility connections because there was evidence that my gas connection was defective. I asked if that was gas only and if they were showing electric usage; they said that was the case. I told them not to worry. That's how much it reduced my energy bills; I had almost zero gas usage for five months. It's very easy to clean except I do have a little baked on oil splatter (not severe). It also has preset functions for people who don't cook from scratch very often; I don't use those so I can't comment on them.

slick looking oven
First of all I like the look of it, even with so many days passed after purchasing it. By far it is functioning well enough and I am happy with the purchase generally. What I like about it: - look. The look is just great. I already got a bunch of compliments from friends. - energy efficient. I guess the specifications are not off, as the electricity usage did not spike even though it was used a lot. A lesser hit on the bill compared to the built-in oven, especially when I was not making a lot of food. - versatility. I haven’t tried enough but I’ve been using it to make all kinds of stuff. It is great that I don’t need to get another air fryer and all. What I do not like about it: - instructions could be better. I’m not saying the instructions are not helpful because they still provide most of the information you need - a tad difficult to start. Not just the instructions. The oven itself is not that intuitive if you are not very familiar with all these functionalities of ovens. If there can be easier starter guides (like videos), it will be a lot easier to use

This oven does not last!
I bought this oven end of Jan, 2023. So my review is definitely proven with using it for almost a year. I primarily used this oven for steaming as I do not want to use microwave to heat up food. When I first got it, I was super excited as the design is sleek and I hope it serves the purpose of what this oven is designed for. I’m in for the disappointment for sure. As the one year warranty is coming about, I discovered that my oven has a lot of stains, which I further looked into and realized its rust. I contacted the Fotile customer service and communicated with them back and forth for almost a month and did not come to conclusion as of how it should be handle. First, they told me to get some cleaning agents and clean it. I did that and the so called stain is not coming off. And again I reiterated to them that it’s not oil stain as I primarily used it for steaming only. Thus, after telling them to give me a deadline as of not keep delaying and just be straightforward. They finally told me they are not going to do anything. This is definitely a huge disappointment. I spent so much money to get this and it did not last a year. So please reconsider before you buy.

Great for steamed seafood and dimsum
Style (simple, clean, white) is good and works well in a modern kitchen, Usage - light inside allows preview of food cooking, it's easier to put in food before the preheat, however the preset times including preheat cycle could be too long based on the programs for the type of food, this means more experimentation by the user is needed. Also nice is the 2 knob design, it looks good; the help instructions on the door work well, however, just a little more detail and suggestions for temperature settings based on type of food, for example, what temperature for scallops, etc. would be helpful. The 2 knob design, while nice looking, makes the controls more complicated. The interior space is tight for 3 rack areas, it works very well with 2 stacks, also it's not clear how to pour out all of the water from the tank. Residual water is a little concerning. We've used simple filtered water and this appears to work fine - there is no residue left in the tank. Size - there is enough space to make multiple types of food at the same time. With use and experience, which food goes in first and for how long before the next type of food goes in, gets easier. Optimal, 2 rack areas, not 3 rack areas.

Great Product
I have had and used this oven extensively since I bought it September 2022 (almost a year). I see some bad reviews that say the preheat stage is too long but I always start the oven then prepare my bakeware/pan with whatever I am going to cook, and by the time I get everything done it is preheated, and most times it is preheated before I am ready to put the pan in the oven. I had a Cuisinart steam oven before this one and it stopped working (steaming) after six months. I have used almost all of the features on this oven and find no fault with any of them. I think there must be operator error if you have an issue. My favorite modes are the steam bake, the air fryer, the true convection, and of course the steam clean, which is a godsend for these types of ovens. It cooks rice with protein and vegetables to perfection on the steam-bake setting. You need to experiment with your quantities, time frame and temperature but the booklet/manual should help.

Great looking but pricy
The unit is well made, looks great, easy to clean, easy to use. The door is a bit hard to open, have to hold the unit to avoid tipping. The ventilation is on the back, steam is going upwards, thus the unit can't be put under upper cabinets. It is missing a toast function.

Great product
High quality and powerful. The 4-in-1 functions save space and make daily cooking so much easier.

Used for almost a year
Been using almost a year from now, it's very great to steam and bake. It doesn't takes time to heat it up, but after that not a problem. Wouldn't recommend for air fry because takes long time to heat up. It's perfect for fish and veggies for steaming.
