This is a well made piece of kit. Finally I can be mobile whilst administering heat to a very difficult part of the body. A definite pain reliever for frozen shoulder.

Much better than the drug store ice pack. I like how nice and fitted it is- note I'm 115 and 5'5- this sm/md is just perfect- there is really no more slack available in the under arm Velcro strap. The gel is so different than the ice pkgs I've had- does not move around- freezes evenly and is not overly frozen when applied to your skin. When it first arrived I thought it was too expensive for what I got, thought it should have spent time modifying my drugstore ice wrap- it only took once to use it and I was fine with the big spend! I have a frozen shoulder for the second time and this is so easy to wear and keep active.
