Paradise Herbs Earth's Blend Once Daily Multivitamin with Iron, 48 Organic Superfoods, Probiotics, Antioxidants, Vitamins A, B12, C, D, K2, 120 Capsules

I specifically need a multivitamin with iron and have used Earth's Blend Superfood Multi with Iron for years. They are vegetarian, though I am not a vegetarian. I just find that vegetarian supplements are much easier on my digestive system and do not cause any aftertaste. The Superfood blend has had a great positive impact on my health. I'm able to reap the benefits of these foods without having to 'eat' them. As a diabetic, my diet can be restrictive, even when consuming natural sugars. (And nope, this is NOT medical advice, just sharing my personal experience.) The Green Superfoods in here is like mixing up a green smoothie, just without all the sugar (even if it is natural sugar) and who's got the time for that fuss anyhow. Same with the Veggie Berry Blend. I'm not going to be able to eat enough berries/certain veggies or drink berry/vegetable juices for the benefit to outweigh the impact on my glucose levels. I realize this is different for everyone, and there are ALL sorts of ways to mitigate this, but I'm only sharing my experience with this after many trials and errors personal to me. Anyhow, this multivitamin with the Superfoods has really helped me incorporate the benefit without the negatives. I'll continue to purchase.

Excellent product. Best multivitamin on the market you can't really find in stores. I've tried many multivitamins but this one is best. I feel instant great energy,mood boost, strength and cognitive function and focus. Really good.

My teenage son & I both take these & love them. They’re easy to swallow/not too big, they’ve cleared up our skin, improved our moods & boosted our immune systems. I love all the whole foods that are included in the supplement, because we’re not the greatest at eating a super balanced diet (ARFID), but I really feel like this fills in those gaps for us! I love that it’s got probiotics & an adaptogenic blend included! I also love that it’s one pill per day, it makes it so much easier for our neuro-spicy household to manage! 🙌🏼 I have recommended these to all of my friends & family. Since starting them 5-6 months ago, my son has gone from 5’1” to 5’6”!!! I know it could just be a growth spurt, but I honestly believe this supplement has helped us both tremendously! I just reordered this to try with No iron. I haven't taken very many of these at all & ended up up with severe constipation (had to go to the ER).

This is a clean product that provides you quality ingredients that will truly benefit you… The difference between between the “men’s“ and the “women’s“ is simply that iron is included in the women’s. Although I am a male, I take it anyway. However, I have a bottle of men’s multivitamin from this organization as well and take that once in a while to give my body a break from iron which can cause constipation. Of course, eating plenty of fiber, such as having a salad before every meal really helps reduce glucose spikes and helps. Avoid constipation. Fantastic vitamin. They are a capsule for easy absorption and are effective to keep my energy levels up. Lots of good ingredients smell like greens. Once a day and great price point. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this multi-vitamin supplement! I've been taking it for about a month & not only does it eliminate the need for me to take additional pills like before (biotin, B vitamins, iron, and probiotics) it has extra supplements that help boost my new workout regimen. PLUS, it doesn't hurt my stomach and it's vegetarian without gelatin which is AWESOME! Love love love :-)

These are great multivitamins. Feel like I’m covering the bases and love the methylated b vitamins. My levels are always up with these.
