Are these seeds Waltham broccoli?

I do not know but this brand is amazing. I have to put less seeds in my jar (1.5 tbsp whereas other brands was 2 tbsp) And it grows fast and a lovely green in 5 days filling the jar.

Are these organic seeds?

No, but they are grown in the USA and I get a good Yield. I always wash the seeds for 10 minutes in apple cider vinegar/water before soaking them for 8 hours. Kills any bacteria that could be on the seeds.

are these gluten free? (not process in gluten facility)

They are seeds, so they are not processed. Not wheat so no gluten. But I am no gluten expert. The seller will have to answer if they are harvested in a gluten facility.
