I’m new to meditation and wanted something where I could comfortably sit on the floor without irritating my herniated disc in my lower back. The slight tilt of this bench was perfect for that! I’m able to sit in a mediation pose for long periods of time without my legs falling asleep or experiencing back pain. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough to comfortably hold a 6-foot, 230lb man. Some reviews complain about the lack of height adjustment but I’ve found the sliding the chair towards or away from your buttocks does the trick. Since Using this chair, my meditations have been deeper and my I even noticed that my posture corrects itself while I’m using it.
