Son dos barras, cuando las unes y las ocupas, tiene un poco la unión, le puse un cacho de cartón en medio y así se solucionó. Buen material, excelente agarre, vale la pena.

Great bar for doing curls. The bar itself has some weight to it and adding or taking off extra weights is very quick and easy. The bar is well made, good product for the money.

Firstly this bar has held up great for around a month I curl 100’s with the bar and never once has it felt wobbly or like it will come apart A great upgrade to a home gym, I could see someone going up to 150 lb and the bar still being fine I’m not sure why so many people got “bad bars” for the price this is great! I think people expect it to be “gym quality” for a super low price wich isn’t possible. But all around this is a great bar!

Pretty good overall quality...except for the fact that they cheaped out on adding an additional screw on the top connecter that holds the two pieces of the bar together. This would have made it more secure and solid. A older ergo Z-Bar I bought at Walmart a few years ago was much cheaper in price yet had a double screw connector. The build quality is great too. In fact, I'm still using it. Sign of the times I guess. Everything seems to be getting flimsier in build quality while going up in price. ☹
