Very satisfied with this purchase. Heavy enough to minimize it being moved and with it being anchored to the wall, it will be a while for someone to unbolt it. I have to believe it’s fire resistance rating since I have not suffered a fire. Large storage capacity with two secure locked compartments - 1 hidden and 1 obvious to the eye. Various options for locking and securing the contents. Took a minute to set up due to the instructions not being clear. Otherwise, great value for the price.

A lot of parts are plastic,some were broken already,the safe was damaged in a few places when i recieved it late. the top box doesnt have a lock just a plastic knob the bottom hidden compartment doesnt lock flat someone can easily use screwdriver to flip lock open since it lifts up and exposed latch when locked ,metel is thin . the middle shelf is not a full shelf, wasnt any instructions for set up very disappointed i spent $480 on this The only plus is the larger size its not water or fire resistant at all so had to buy separate sleves and bag and boxes for that protection

For a safe at its current price point (As of 3/22/2023), it...does its job I guess. However, that does not excuse the poor quality of the safe. My main reason being the knob which you open the safe is cheaply handled. If you take a closer look, you can see its only being held by one large spring coil and a tiny screw. This will wear out and sadly this happened to me. After 5 month of use the knob finally wear out and cannot open the safe. I had to use a tool to open the safe. Another poor thing that was handled was the battery cover. While isn't bad to say the least, there is a cap that is basically a small rectangle cover. This can get lost very easily if you aren't careful and I ended up losing it. Silly me I guess but I feel like the design could be way better. Maybe have the cap integrated to the safe? [Outdated] Lastly is support. Uh, there is none lol. Seriously! Since my return window has closed I cannot return it so I was wondering if I can get some support with this safe. Sadly to my knowledge there is none. I should've really looked into the seller profile because I noticed something immediately suspicious. First of all, the sellers business name looks like someone smashed their keyboard 500 times. I mean, do you know a business name that is "ningboshibeilunqulinghushangmaoyouxiangongsi"? This business name is in pinyin but there is no spacing so I cannot translate this well lol. I could really make up a few characters. Oh yea by the way there is no phone number to contact or email so uhh..have fun?! [Updated 4/6/2023] Turns out I was wrong! Silly me! Their support email is in their manual. Tenamic came out of their way to gave me a replacement safe. For Tenamic efforts, I will boost this from 1 stars to 3 stars. I think this is the sweet point for this safe but I still think Tenamic can do better on this safe like making the knob more durable. Overall, props to you Tenamic! Continue what you do. [Outdated] TL:DR Don't buy this safe! You will get no support if your safe goes wrong and it is cheaply made! [New] TL:DR Overall fine safe. Just me careful of the knob since you can accidentally loosen it.

There is no handle on the safe door so it is very difficult to open. Instructions that came with it are TERRIBLE. Ours was apparently damaged in shipping because it did not lock. Requested a refund and company was very good about issuing one immediately. It's too bad because this safe has a lot of nice features and was the perfect size for us but a safe that doesn't lock is worthless.

I purchased this safe box a year and half ago, and unfortunately, the quality of the door knob is very disappointing. the knob became loose, it completely came off. The material feels cheap and not sturdy, which defeats the purpose of having a secure safe. While the rest of the safe is decent, the poorly made door knob makes it unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for long-term durability.

The product is very user friendly. I’ve had no issue with it this far. I lost my key and they were able to find a solution the replace the key. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

Finally found a good sturdy safe. Love everything about it, especially the finger print Password option. Also like the hidden compartment.

We purchased this on July 27, 2023 and today is July 22, 2026 so it has lasted three years OK but the keypad no longer works so it’s kind of worthless. You have to open it with a key and that’s just a pain. I tried reaching the company via the email that is on their paperwork for support. Never heard back from them so look for a better brand.
