Electrolyte Powder, Lemonade Hydration Supplement,90 Servings

I took it twice for only for one day and I went to the emergency room as I was throwing up and couldn’t eat/drink anything with a pain in my whole body and fever. I didn’t think it was from the electrolytes but my husband tried a couple of sips and he got a very bad stomachache. We gave it to a friend to try it and he got the same symptoms. Horrible product and it has a terrible metal taste.

Pros: sin azúcar ni edulcorantes y con otras vitaminas y minerales. Te ahorras muchas botellas de electrolito normal. Quito una estrella porque La sensación de hidratación es menor que la de un electrolito comercial. El sabor tiende a medicina y el colorante es intenso. Tiñe la orina. El consumo constante es lo que me mantiene hidratada. No para deshidratación fuerte.

Also ich benutze es morgens nach dem aufstehen,im Sommer weil ich doch stark schwitze und zum Sport. Keine Krämpfe ect und ich habe das Gefühl(immer subjektiv) das es mich unterstützt. Der Geschmack lässt sich mit ahoi brause oder dieser türkischen limo (uludag orange)vergleichen, wenn diese mit Stevia gesüßt würden. Ich würde es mir nicht wegen des Geschmacks kaufen,finde diesen aber in Ordnung. Ich empfinde es auch als zu süß oder eher Zuviel „Geschmack“ oder Aroma im Produkt. Die Löslichkeit ist gut. Alles in allem ist das preis leistungsverhältnis top und es ist wirklich schwer Elektrolytpulver zu finden das nicht für Ausdauersportler ausgelegt ist und somit Zucker enthält. Ich habe 3 andere gefunden. Wobei 2 davon Brausetabletten und eins sachets zum direkt einnehmen waren. Einzige Kritik: Salz,also nacl,könnte enthalten sein.

Taste good. I mix the powder in a mug and drink it after an intensive workout or spending a few hours in the hot sun. It helps to replenish the nutrients and prevent headache caused by dehydration. So far it works pretty well. I stop getting headache after spending 3-4 hours under the sun

This is my second tub and I don't think I can imagine doing without it ever again. I literally felt the difference in my energy and my focus the day I started taking this. I have tried a few 'healthy', sugar free powders in the past but this one is hands down the best I have ever tried. The extra vitamins & minerals is what I believe make the biggest difference.. I can just feel my body absorbing them so much more efficiently then taking a tablet or capsule. The effects, for me, are instant. I pop one scoop in my 1lt water bottle and sip on it whilst I'm at the gym for an extra boost whilst resistance training or straight after a sweaty cardio session to replenish lost electrolytes. It has made a huge difference to my workouts, my energy, my resilience, my springiness and my recovery. I feel the boost even more on the days that I'm needing more energy for simple everday tasks. I love the lemon flavour. You don't taste anything else but lemon slice.. yum! It may be a tad pricey compared to some other great powders out there but for me nothing compares so far, and besides, one scoop a day lasts me 3 months! Totally worth it and beyond comparison.

Pro Good recipe with high number of various minerals Con - taste intense, sweet and artificial. I need 2 glasses of water for one spoon of powder to make it taste so so acceptable - not all powder dissolves in water. You can stir, shake and add as much water as you want, 5-10% will stay back and never dissolve. Probably the Silica, apparently harmless but not a good experience for a powder. see attached photos, that’s the portion of 1 spoon which did not dissolve Edit: changed my rating to one star (= zero). After testing other brands, which dissolve perfectly in water and don’t taste as artificial, I can‘t recommend this product at all. It is so annoyingly off that I will discard the half can I have left.
