How do I know you'll be around when I need you to fulfill on that promise?

We've been offering this same promise for nearly a decade, and we're still going strong. If it hasn't already taken us down, it's not likely to anytime in the near future. We plan on being here when you need us.

Do you cover wear as a result of standard usage?

Absolutely! We've custom selected our nylon netting for the perfect degree of durability vs performance to assure that you get more cleaning action with less effort, but also for maximum life. When your net finally dies, though, we'll replace it.

How difficult is it to file a claim? How does it work if I have a problem?

Super simple. Visit our website and click "file a claim" at the top. Take about 90 seconds to submit your claim via our automated online claims system. Nearly all claims are approved immediately, and a replacement part or item shows up within a week.

Will this net attach to my current pool pole?

Yes, it most likely will. So long as you own a standard pool pole, which generally has an inner diameter of 1 1/8 - 1 1/4", then the ProTuff pool leaf net should attach with no trouble. And, if it doesn't, you can always return it, of course.
