I have taken one whole of CORT EAZE Well, it didn’t necessarily put me to sleep and keep me asleep for a full night. It did take the edge off. The only thing I did notice about it though is if you skip a couple nights, you will feel it in your anxiety and depression, flares up a little bit more, highly recommend to see how you feel I also noticed that I shedded Around 7 pounds the first week that I took it, They do say if your cortisol is extremely high, you will have a hard time losing weight so I really do believe that it was the pills that helped me shed that weight

I pair this with the other supplement that is liquid and comes with the dropper (I’m blanking on the name I’m sorry!) , but I’m in a bodybuilding show prep and I take 2 before bed and I’m legit out with the best sleep ever. After a month of using it my tolerance doesn’t build up so I’m still getting amazing sleep and feeling very calm

This stuff actually works. It’s helped me lose weight too! I’ve always heard if your cortisol levels are high it’s hard to lose weight. I feel so calm and relaxed when i take these before bed - definitely sleeping better

I bought this in hopes of reducing my overall stress and to get better sleep and it has done both! I was skeptical at first but I have now been using cort-eaze nightly for two months and it definitely works for me (26yo male). One thing though that I haven't seen anyone write about is dreams... I have had the most vivid dreams since taking this. I don't know if others have had this experience also but I haven't had dreams like this since I was a child. I’m using this as part of a supplement regime from my holistic health educator. These in tandem with my other supplements do work wonders. I am regulating my nervous system and they help you get out of the “wired and tired” state. Take for at least a couple months to get better results!
