This training aid is the first that has immediately helped my ball striking. It feels a little tight and awkward at first. After you swing with it on about 20 times, you take it off and the muscle memory takes over. Its primary function is to help you keep your arms close to your body on your backswing and follow through. Did it lower my handicap? No! But as everyone knows, there's many more aspects to the game. I feel that with more practice on the range, I could definitely save some strokes on the course by using this aid.
