Nutribiotic GSE has been a mainstay in my life since the 1970s and this capsule form is easy to take, small capsules with no smell or taste and no concern about using too much. Made from seeds, it is an acid and can help with a variety of things, not the least of which is boosting immunity. I have always trusted the brand, used it to help raise two healthy kids, and highly recommend.

GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) should be a staple in every home worldwide in my opinion. I use both the liquid and these convenient tablets. Note that these tablets are very small... about the size of a tic tac (though in a circular shape) which means they are easy to swallow even for people who have an aversion to swallowing pills. GSE is one of my #1 go to products I both use and recommend to friends, family, and clients (I work in the holistic health field) for any ill feelings of cold, flu, sore throat, you name it. I am an avid traveler and I would never leave home without my GSE tabs and liquid. There have been missionaries in Africa that have used GSE to treat, cure, and prevent Malaria! There are a whole lot of serious diseases mosquitos can transmit to humans in addition to malaria. I got Dengue in 2007 (before I use to travel with GSE) but since I have been traveling with this little miracle in a bottle I have been just fine. GSE does wonders for food poisoning. I have come across dozens of fellow travelers that were stricken with Bali Belly, Delhi Belly, Montezuma's Revenge (lol whatever catchy name people use for their food poisoning depending on their local) and GSE always works wonders. As I mentioned before, I always have both tablets and liquid on hand. The liquid goes a long way, so I tend to share the liquid with other travelers by filling up an extra large water bottle or two with the liquid drops for them to sip on and they are always better within 24 hours or less.... usually much less. My relative was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (which is a rare form of bone marrow cancer). I'd read that Grapefruit Seed Extract has been shown to fight cancer cells. I'd heard the same thing about Green Tea. So I told my relative this, and she started taking two of these GSE natural supplements a day, and drinking two cups of green tea a day (leave the bag in for 10-15 minutes, and try not to include anything else like lemon, sugar, etc. Drink it straight. You'll get used to it, and the effects are more potent that way). After doing this for three months, the doctor & lab results found that her cancer had actually regressed!!! She was stage 1 at the time, and she regressed back to MGUS, not cancer! The GSE & cups of green tea combo, killed her cancer cells. I honestly didn't expect it to work this well. She had not done anything different in her routine except for this, and this is what caused her cancer to regress! I've wanted to spread this info around anywhere I could, because I know how devastating the news of a diagnosis like that can be. She's continuing to do the GSE & Green tea combo to stay safe. Please send wishes/prayers that it continues to work as well as it has. I'd highly recommend this based on her experience. GSE has also been shown to help many other health conditions, so I'd recommend giving it a try, no matter what you're going through. You never know if it may help. I decided to try this as I have bad Diverticulitis attacks 3-4 time per year that require very strong antibiotics. I felt an attack coming on just before Christmas (pain in my side) and ordered Gse. I have been taking them for about 4 weeks. 3per day the first 2 weeks and 2per day after that. All I can say is my Diverticulitis has gotten better (not totally gone) and I did not need the strong antibiotics. I am beginning to expect taking this late (9pm) may keep me up so I take it at 6pm and go to sleep just fine. I do find I remember dreams from time to time after many year of not remembering. I also had oral surgery 2 months ago leaving me with many stitches on lower left AND right sides (implant, extraction and bone gaffe all the same time). I was having pain and soreness still 2 weeks later. Even though I got the Gse for Diverticulitis my mouth healed up very well. I am guessing some of this was because of the Gse.

In these days of superinfections from many decades of people taking too many antibiotics, doctors are having to prescribe fewer antibiotics for us all, so we don't end up a society of people unable to use antibiotics anymore since they become ineffective through over-use. This is a serious issue. Many people, including me, are turning to more natural methods of "nature's antibiotics" since we still need immune support to help us get well, and this grapefruit seed extract is such an item. I especially like to use it for dental pain, and after just one day the swelling goes down-proof for me that it is working! I have this in the bottle too, which is a drop-formulation, but that is bitter & requires us to buy those empty vegan capsules to put the drops in. Do-able, but the pill form is much handier & easier to transport around with you. I've also given this to my elderly dachshund who cannot have surgery since she is too old & frail now, bless her heart. She has a bad tooth that keeps getting infected, swelling her face & she'll quit eating food. I give her one of these in a doggie pill pocket or some cheese, & within one day the swelling is down & she is happy & eating again! Needless to say, this won't be left out of our E-kit, for us or our furbabies. Note: I haven't checked with the vet about the toxicity of this for dogs, so if you are thinking of trying it too, you might want to ask your vet first. I haven't ever had a problem with it for my pets, but your situation may be different so be careful with that.

I keep these on hand. They always come in quickly. I use them when I feel a diverticulitis flare coming on along with Rachel’s Tea. They really help me and I have only had to actually get an antibiotic twice. I will not be without these.
