Love my Logitech headset, I’ve had it for few years now and had zero issue and it still works like it is brand new!

The sound is crisp, the cushions are comfy and it’s lightweight sometimes i forget it’s on my head if i lift it from my ears. I can barely hear outside noises if the volume is at a certain point.

I bought mine used so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve had them a couple of years now with only a couple of issues: 1. The mic is horrible. That’s a Logitech issue so I’d recommend not using this mic and get a different one. Luckily you can just unplug the mic. 2. It will have issues with cutting out but once I check for updates or plug them in, they work fine again. I rarely get these issues but easy to fix. Overall I love these headphones. They offer comfort and I love the lights can be personalized.

It’s great I have no issues it connects as it says. I bought it for my son since I have one in black. It good sound quality and not having a cord is refreshing. The buttons are easy to use.

Comfort and seems like quality construction. WFH 8-10 hrs a day, maybe 2-3hrs on Teams and Zoom per day, so wireless is what I needed. It worked for about a month, now the mic stops functioning randomly. I have to swap to a different mic input on the PC sound settings then swap back to the Logitech to get the mic to function again. Back to an old wired headset while I look to replace this POS already. Manufacturer won't help because I'm outside of the return window (note: I asked for support, not to return) and Amazon refuses to help because of the return/exchange window. So now I'm stuck with an expensive POS headset that I can't get support for nor return. Waste of money, do not buy!!!!!

The headset is great. The charge lasts about 12 hours, ish. The sound and bass quality on it is pretty good. I did not use the attached mic as I have a separate one, but I did try it out once and it sounded a bit crunchy (which is typical for headset mics,) so if you’re wanting a nice microphone specifically then this might not be the headset for you - but like I said all the other features on it are great. Super comfortable and soft, has a good fit on the head, and sounds great!

La caja venía como desgastada, pero los audifonos son nuevos y muy buenos, les dura la pila y los reconoce la pc al instante, cómodos para jugar y muy buena calidad de sonido y voz

De plano los uso y se corta el audio y es muy molesto, hace ruidos fuertes de vez en cuando y duelen los oídos muy insatisfecho con mi compra
