It came extremely well packaged in a nice box, and includes a standard guillotine cutter. It’s made of a zinc alloy with a rubber feel to its frame, and is extremely well constructed. This is a really good looking lighter. It is a four torch lighter that is easily adjustable. The red flame is a clear indication that the flame is really hot. It is quite substantial in feel and stands about 5 inches tall. I absolutely love that the nozzle can be adjusted up to 45°. One thing is missing. It does not have a viewing window that shows you how much butane is remaining. I have used this lighter multiple times, it takes some adjustment to get a correct flame consistently. But once you do, it is a great lighter. I have many, many cigar lighters, OK I have too many lighters, and this is one of my absolute favorites. This would make a fantastic gift for a cigar lover. In fact you can get me another one for Christmas. I mean you can never have too many cigar lighters.”Update: I originally rated this five stars. But after a few weeks of use, I find that this lighter does not not light consistently and often sputters when when it does light.
