Easy to use, works as described.

Functions perfectly. When full the diffuser does truly run for up to 10 hours. I've been surprised to wake up the next morning, after activating it before bed, to find it still churning out mist. And there is a mode for extended runs where it turns itself on and off. This works well too. The sound it makes is minimal, and might be best described as a trickle sound as if from a tiny brook. It is pleasant but low enough to forget easily. The light feature is great. It's a bright glow that cycles up and down. Maybe not great fro reading but a good nightlight. The upper bulb will hold some condensation, so just be aware of that when you pull it off between uses to refill the bowl. Not a flaw, or fault, but simply a heads up depending on where you place the diffuser so you're mindful not to get anything that you don't want wet, wet.

This is the 2nd diffuser I've purchased of this model. The first version was orange, worked for a long time and distributed the scent nicely. The 2nd version was the gray one (the color has nothing to do with its performance but I wonder if different 3rd party stores carry different colors and perhaps the manufacturers and quality is different?). The gray one worked for less than 24 hours. The first day it was spouting steam but little scent. The 2nd day, it turned on but no steam. I could see the water bubbling when I opened it but it was not distributing the scent and no steam was coming out. I sent it back for a refund.

Great little product. I use mine as a humidifier. The small amount of water last all night. Full and intermittent settings. Customer service was great.

Disappointing. At this price point the diffuser does not provide enough strength to really make any difference at all. I appreciate the design, shape, color, light, and even low operational sounds (super quiet). However, I would have returned this had I kept the box. Considering purchasing another item at an additional expense bc of the low power of this diffuser

So happy to find a diffuser that can run without a light glowing in my face at night. It's also silent turning it on and off instead of an annoying beeping sound. Looks much better than my old diffuser and lasts much longer. Sometimes I wake up and it is still running! The only reason I am giving it a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because the scent from my essential oil does not last as long as the diffuser water does and it disperses straight up in the air instead of towards me like my old one did.

Received this diffuser yesterday and of course put it to use right away. I am loving it. I use it in my smoking room and the essential oil sent overpowers the cigarette smoke. I do use about 7 to 8 drops of oil. I also love the shape and "one light" only. I did not want 7 LED lights changing like a Christmas tree. Another very positive aspect is that there is absolutely no sound. From what I've read when shopping for a diffuser, many people mentioned noise, not this one. It also shuts off automatically when out of water as stated in the description. Easy to use, add water and oil, put lid on, push light button, or not, and start button, ready Again, I love it. With so much selection available, I picked the right one.

Bought as a gift for my mom and she really likes it. It is quiet enough she can use it in her office. Works a lot better in small spaces.
