I hoped this lid would at least hold the water long enough for me to pick up the cup without having water everywhere.Instead, this lid leaks almost as badly as the original lid. When I held the cup upside down, the water ran straight out of it through the air hold. When the cup is on it's side, the water leaks through the sliding plastic piece. I honestly couldn't find a position in which it didn't leak unless the cup was completely upright.Don't waste your money.
