If you have children, you will know that once they start crying and are a bloody mess they also don't want to have it touched or cleaned. I would spray Medi-Quik on first before doing anything else. I would wait a minute or two and spray again. It numbs the area and relieves the pain in order to take care of the wound. When my children got a little older and could reach the Medi-Quik they would grab it and bring it to me. That said a lot and they knew it would help with the pain.For years I was unable to find this in the stores and thought that it was discontinued in production. Being curious I searched Amazon and there it was. I bought some for home, work, and my children to use at their homes.
