The keyboard and mouse ,really great products ,very quiet, pressing the the keys and controls really felt like I was using a $500 gaming set up , i purchased this gaming pack for my daughter ,and she loved it ,only problem was the first pack I got for her the LED lights were faulty,shutting off ,or only lighting 1/2 the key board ,ordered another and did the same thing

Keyboard looks great and works ok for a couple of hours. Then the lights start to flicker and it has to be restarted several times by turning the power on and off. Not sure what to do about that. Edit: Ok, so here is the deal, I finally figured out this thing doesn't have any indication that it needs charging other than wigging out like I described above. If you plug it up and let it charge a while when you're using it every few days, (ours gets used a good bit) it works great.

The keyboard mouse combo was delivered sept 16 2024. There is a lot I like about this product. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the mouse has good performance. For basic use these are good items. I would say that if you are a gamer, the mouse had some intermittent issues with response. NOT for gamers. All of that could lead to a good review except for a few glaring problems. 1. The battery life on the keyboard is not comparable to other products. It lasts a few days, which is good, but there are other similar products that get better life. 2. The keyboard has had intermittent issues where it will just stop working. This is not battery related. The fix has been a combination of restarting the keyboard, reseating the USB, or at times restarting the computer altogether. 3. The mouse is dead. Did not last even 2 months and nothing I have done has been able to fix it. While I will be contacting customer support I don't have much hope for a decent resolution. Average customer support sucks in this day and age. I will edit this review with that experience at a later date. As of now, I would not recommend or buy from redthunder again. --Update-- Redthunder was initialy kind enough to reach out and offer full refund. Awesome... right? No. I accepted, to which they then sent a canned how to on fixing a keyboard. wait, sorry, one little piece about fixing a mouse that wont pair. As my mouse is dead and wont turn on (yes I know how to charge it), neither of these will work for me. Still no refund. Had they not reached out, or said "sorry, past the return date", I would have written this off. But I despise people/companies who promise one thing then dont fallow through. Or just ignore in this case. One star. Horrid customer service, bad business, worse product... Do no purchase.

I used this keyboard/mouse combo for about 14 months, and I really really liked it. The keyboard has a great feel, the lights on both the keyboard and the mouse are super fun, and it was one of my favorite purchases. Recently the MassStar stopped working. Even though it was 14 months after the purchase, customer service was very kind and understanding and made things right. I couldn't be happier with the company or the product.

Received this keyboard mouse combo on July 16, 2023. Absolutely pleased with both in response and connection to our mini-PC's. What really set them apart was the quick response when using Virtual Machines housed on our local network using Remote Desktop as well as AnyDesk. Thank you RedThunder! Unfortunately, problems crept up on August 14th with loss of keyboard and mouse connectivity. Left both charging overnight due to "spottiness" of their connection. While each were charging, the charging indicator lights failed to turn on to confirm charging. After a full day of charge the mouse was able to be paired back to the USB dongle (LED Lights working). Sadly, the keyboard is still unresponsive, will not pair with USB dongle and no charging indicator light. As of today (August 19, 2023) waiting to see how this can possibly be resolved. Update 1: Despite the initial keyboard failure, I was absolutely impressed by Red Thunder customer service and their attempts to rectify the issue. They offered to replace the failed keyboard. As of today August 24, 2023, using the new keyboard and working just as well as the first. Review updated from a two star to four. Thank you Red Thunder.

Honestly really good mouse and keyboard combo. Cheaper than most nice looking keyboards. It sounds like it want to be mechanical but its not quite there. The lights are actually really great and transition smoothly. The battery life is actually really really good. And they are type c so the can be recharged with modern chargers. The dpi settings aren't bad either and the mouse can also change color. Its one of the better cheap mice and keyboard combo ive come across.

The keyboard is AMAZING! The mouse, not so much. Its heavy and hurts my wrist. It took me a minute to realize I needed to take off the small clear plastic protectors on the back of the mouse. The directions did not include that during set up and it was really difficult to slide the mouse in the beginning. The sliding on a desk mat after the protectors were taken off is not as smooth as it should be. The mouse sucks, but the keyboard is pretty and user friendly. Its quiet, not like my previous typewriter style keyboard, so if you're looking for noise this keyboard is not for you.

I purchased this in 2024, it’s been 2 years and only has just now shown signs of giving up on me. This keyboard has been the aesthetic centerpiece of my gaming setup for a long time. It’s VERY clicky clacky, reminiscent of old type writers. The keys feel soft, the letters are translucent so the led light shines through. This also means that there’s no paint on the keys that can rub away with use. I’m only just now experiencing some hesitation with certain keys where they stick and don’t move right in command which is an issue for some FPS games. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and would buy again

Keyboard works great, as does mouse, no problems with those. I plugged the usb-c charger in, and it literally melted and was smoking and almost caused a fire.

Whe you say GAMING you see $$$$ Not these little beauties! Bought for Xmas for grandson with matching mouse for his gaming system. Pretty cool keyboard Lots of lights Looks nicely made. REMEMBER to charge the keyboard and mouse for at least 8 hours before first use! I recommend

Todo muy bien, excepto el cargador es muy sencillo. Compré dos cargadores para ambas partes, y las conecto en mi CPU y asunto resuelto. El teclado de repente se me apaga así que lo tengo que tener conectado durante el uso, y algunas teclas no coinciden con la letra o signo que dice, pero solo le tienes que buscar que tecla es cada una, pero te acostumbras.
