These hinges are heavy duty. They have a great finish. I used some of these on a mahogany entry door and they function flawlessly and they DO NOT SQUEAK. The steel is top grade. These will last for decades under normal use. They are easy to install on pre-mortised doors. Professional installation is recommended for unmortised doors. If using these as replacement hinges, make sure to observe how well the screws grip the door and the frame. If they fit loosely, wood glue can be used for screws fitting snugly while really loose screws may require using golf tees being inserted into the holes and broken off to allow the screws to grip the wood better. This set of hinges was extremely economical when compared to the same quality and quantity locally. These hinges are heavy and strong. I highly recommend these hinges. There is a slight amount of space between the screws and the hinge, this is the only way to "adjust" the hinge without changing the position on the door and frame. I've had some of these installed for over 3 years, exposed to frequent use in high humidity conditions with no rust.

Surprised with the quality of these . Very nicely made and very strong. Replaced all doors in my house with these and love them . The doors open and close very smooth and they lined up perfect with what we had before . They are heavy and thick metal . The screws that are included are as a perfect size and go straight back in with no issues.

They look just like the picture and fit just right. The weight is of a normal hinge and they function just like a normal hinge. They were adjusted straight into the grooves of our doors perfectly.
