Good quality item came well packaged and included a nice exercise guide. Its very smooth in action, I have limited space and think this will work well for some strength work without having to get the bench and weights out, it will make a good addition to my fitness regime. If you are looking for a piece of exercise equipment like this I would recommend

I couldn’t be happier with this product. I am a beginner when it comes to exercising and I wanted to find something that wasn't too difficult to use and to get started with. The bar is very easy to use and it comes with a booklet that shows range of different exercise techniques that helps you target specific muscles. It also comes with a workout training programme and a foam mat that helps aid you during specific exercise techniques. When I first bought the Super Push Down Bar I got to 40kg one, but when it arrived I found that it was just a bit too much for my current level of fitness. I emailed the seller to ask if I could exchange it for the 30kg variant instead. I was amazed with just how fast I got a response and ontop of that they offered me the 30kg bar for free and they said I could keep the original 40kg bar I purchased so I could use that in the future. If you're on the fence about buying this item i'd suggest just going for it as it is easily worth the price.

Why did you choose this product over others?: it a muilti purpose piece of equipment. I been looking for a piece of exercise equipment that fits my needs it's a straight forward push down bar ready to use out of the box. you get all of the instructions in detail and nicely laid out on how to use it.you can work on the muscle groups you want to target on shoulders arms chest back it's a all in one piece of kit.and it's so easy to use.l purchase the 40kg push down bar.but it was a bit strong for me I just needed too drop down to a lower strength size.the 30kg would be ideal for me so l can do all the muscle groups. I sent a email saying l needed to drop down to the 30kg size one.and l got a nice email back saying a free 30kg would be sent out to me for free and to keep the 40kg one.l Will use the 40kg one when I get stronger to use it.the 30kg push down bar arrived in 3 days later l tried it out and it's perfect l am so happy with it.

***Product received at half price for review*** Seems like a decent piece of kit and expect it to last a long time - can't really see what could go wrong with it. As others have said, if you contact customer support they will send another model for free if the one you chose is too easy/hard. Although this seems to indicate a very high profit margin, as said it seems a solid piece of kit. I have been using now for about two weeks and can already feel and see improvements muscle and tone wise. Each machine comes with a little booklet that explains the different ways you can use it to target certain muscles or muscle groups, and a chart that gives a guide on routines you could do over say a week. They also come with a tiny yoga-style mat that you can use in certain poses for cushioning and although I don't personally need that it's a nice touch. Overall, bit overpriced, but happy with the product and customer service

Brilliant device, well made and good value and great service back up from seller when figuring out which would be the best resistance strength to buy. Makes a great birthday or Xmas present for adult or teenager!

This product is excellent and the customer service from the seller absolutely outstanding. I first ordered the 40kg resistance thinking that because I lift weights and do press ups that would easily be the level to start at. However the resistance was too much, but the seller was exceptional and understanding and resolved the problem within 24 hours so that I was able to use the 30Kg resistance. It is sturdy and versatile so that it really does target all the upper body muscles if used correctly. It is also ideal for taking away on business so not a day is missed in the training routine that is provided with the product. One of the best value for money items I've purchased.

We purchased this for our 15 year old son who has decided to become more active. I first bought the 40KG which was far too hard for him. I was impressed by the quality and decided to keep it for when he was a little older and stronger. Then bought the 20KG version which was unfortunately a little too weak. As a strong woman who lifts weights twice per week I found the 20kg was a little too easy for me too as I was doing over 25 reps. We gave the 20KG to our 12 year old son and he loves it although he struggles with it. I found the 30KG was perfect for our 15 year old son. I’m glad we kept the 40KG version because I think within a few months he will have built up enough strength to be able to use it. My husband who also lifts weights twice per week tried the 40KG version but for someone who is already fit and strong found it a little too easy. However, my husband does like to train with higher reps. The item itself is compact and easily stored and doesn’t take up lots of room. It is well made and straight forward to use. My husband remembers using a power spring chest exerciser (A straight black spring with black handles) when he was a teenager and remembers it slipping out of his hands a few times and smacking him in the face. When training chest with this item there is no chance of it doing the same, it is much safer.

I was initially sceptical about how good this would be and the high cost of it. I folded and got the 40KG one. It arrived and works great, but for repetition workouts, the 30KG is definitely needed. I'm fairly strong, but you can only get so many done with the 40KG!! You get a card with the order saying to email them (details on the card) if you are having resistance issues (too much/too little), then I got a response almost straight away, and they sent me the 30KG one THE SAME DAY!! Honestly, this is well worth the money to replace a bigger workout device, as that's what I did, and it actually works great! :D

Todo perfecto. Es un producto sencillo, basado en muelles, y con unos buenos agarres. De primeras la pinta del producto inspira confianza y parece robusto, de buena calidad, creo que durará. En la caja se incluyen buenas instrucciones para saber cómo empezar a utilizarlo. Un producto ideal para todo tipo de ejercicios de resistencia. Si no tienes mucha experiencia te recomendaría la versión de 30 kg. Yo pequé de optimista y lo pedí con resistencia de 40 kg, pero para algunos ejericios me resulta difícil de comprimir. Contacté ayer mismo con el servicio de atención al cliente (muchas gracias Mike!) y rápidamente me han dado solución: Van a enviarme la versión de 30 kg sin coste adicional, y no me hacen devolver la versión de 40 kg. Esto es genial, porque me permite desarrollar mi fuerza poco a poco, y poder llegar a utilizar la resistencia más fuerte en el futuro. En resumen, un buen producto, y una excelente atención al cliente. Recomendable!

Consigliatissimo, prodotto che funziona bene e assistenza top. Ho comunicato di aver preso una molla troppo "forte" per me e me ne hanno spedita un'altra della forza giusta gratuitamente.

Idéal pour des exercices de résistance variés. Je l'utilise principalement pour les pectoraux ; il fonctionne très bien. J'avais commandé40 kg le modèle à résistance standard, qui s'avérait un peu léger pour moi,. Après avoir contacté le service client, j'ai reçu gratuitement la version à résistance plus fort, 50 kg , sans avoir à renvoyer l'original. Cela me permet de renforcer ma musculature progressivement Une excellente affaire. Je le recommande vivement.

Buscaba una máquina con la que pudiera completar mis entrenamientos en casa y las posibilidades que ofrece este aparato me han convencido. Por supuesto, siempre será mejor utilizar las máquinas y el equipamiento del gimnasio, pero este es un buen sustituto en caso de no poder ir. Llevo utilizándolo un mes principalmente para hacer ejercicios de cierre de pecho (cosa que no había podido hacer con los elásticos que tengo en casa) y se nota el esfuerzo que hacen los músculos en esa zona. También lo he utilizado para tríceps y abdominales, y pronto probaré los ejercicios de hombros y espalda. En cuando a la resistencia, para mí el de 40 es demasiado todavía. También tengo el de 30 y ese es más asequible, aunque no se queda corto en cuanto a resistencia. Por si sirve como orientación, acabo de retomar el ejercicio después de varios meses de parón. El producto tiene 4 zonas de agarre acolchadas que no resbalan. Se hace uso de ellas según el ejercicio. Los muelles están a la vista y quizás puedan asustar a más de uno, pero para nada es peligroso. Hacen un poco de ruido al comprimirlos, aunque es normal y menor del que haría una máquina de gimnasio. El aparato en sí es ligero y aunque parezca un armatoste, ocupa poco espacio. Se podría llevar en una maleta mediana/grande para hacer ejercicio durante un viaje. En la caja se incluye una almohadilla que evita que el aparato se resbale cuando necesitamos apoyarlo en el suelo (tiene unos tornillos que sobresalen del mango y que podrían hacerlo patinar sobre una superficie dura y lisa). También sirve para cuando hagamos algún ejercicio donde haya que apoyar la barra sobre el abdomen. Además se incluye un libro con ejercicios, además de una hoja extra con variaciones y sugerencias. También viene una propuesta de entrenamiento semanal que puede ser útil para los que estén perdidos. En cuando a la atención al cliente, es de diez. Les puedes escribir y te contestan pronto en caso de que tengas alguna duda. Como conclusión, este aparato complementa a la perfección el equipo de mancuernas y elásticos del que dispongo en casa y ofrece muchas posibilidades de entrenamiento.

This is a decent workout gizmo. Provides a good pump in the chest and in the upper arms and shoulders. It’s solid and sturdy enough for its intended use. That being said for the price this device should have a little higher grade molded plastic on it and should not make as much noise as it does when compressing it. Not a huge deal breaker just a few things to consider before spending 80 dollars for the strongman version(90lbs). It does not provide as much of a mind to muscle connection as power twister bars but does have another way of activating the muscles differently imo. All in all I like it but probably wouldn’t of bought it out of my own pocket if I didn’t have the reward points to cover the cost.
