I cut one sheet to match the shape of the mount base where it touches the desk. This has the added benefit of protecting my desk from indentations left by the mount. The mount base has two pieces which fit together using 4 bolts to tighten down, but manufacturing tolerances at Rosewill leave much to be desired. At full tightness, the base pieces still had a bit of wobble. The second rubber sheet solved this issue. Placed in between the top and bottom of the mount (with holes cut appropriately for the bolts to pass through), there is no more wobble. The mount feels clamped down properly and solid. I cut the third sheet to fit on the underside of the desk where the clamps of the grommet mount tighten to the desk. This protects the desk and adds another layer of vibration absorption. While I occasionally still see some monitor wobble when typing, the overall effect has been greatly minimized with this easy, inexpensive fix! Only "con" I can think of is the smell of the product being very strong for a few days but it does dissipate somewhat over time. Review: It works - Seems durable and worked for my purposes.
